All members, when working at the factory of Rotec Vietnam, must strictly abide by the principle 3-4-5 as follows:

3 Right:

– Punctuality as prescribed;

– Correct responsibility, duty;

– Correct style and culture.

4 Always:

– Always keep the factory and workplace clean;

– Always keep working tools durable and in good condition;

– Always protect assets and know-how of the company;

– Always arrange tools tidyly and neatly.

5 No:

– Do not cause internal confict;

– Do not cause unsafty to people and property;

– No cheating, greed;

– Do not do private work during working hours.

– Do not let strangers into the factory.
